Kellie is very passionate about coaching women because she believes it’s time for all women to step into their power! She LOVES seeing women go from being at someone else’s beck and call to being the CEO of their own business. Her mission is to help them design a life around it that works for them, and to be paid what they’re worth!
She can’t even imagine being anything but an entrepreneur, and has taken her enthusiasm and used it to create not one, but three different successful home based businesses throughout her life!
Always a mentor and teacher, in all three businesses she mentored others to be as tremendously successful as herself: teaching them the nuts and bolts of quality service, marketing, selling, and earning the money they deserved for their expertise.
In 2001 she decided to get some official credentials for what she was already doing, and acquired a CEC (Certified Empowerment Coach) from iPEC Coaching. On a roll, she added a PCC from the International Coach Federation a few years later. iPEC Coaching recognized her abilities and cajoled her into being a Mentor Coach for their students, which she had fun doing for many years.
Throughout the years, many entrepreneurs, moms, and corporate career women have enjoyed the benefit of Kellie’s business and life coaching. They’ve left corporate and started successful businesses. They’ve blasted through barriers to significantly increase income and accomplishments. And they’ve experienced tremendous personal growth, leading to giant leaps in satisfaction and fulfillment.
Currently, Kellie has turned her talents to the benefit of Virtual Assistants, working with them to achieve the business of their dreams through serving coaches. Being a coach herself, she understands how coaches think and what they want and need in a Virtual Assistant.
Kellie is also very connected in the coaching community, which gives her access to many coaches whose opinions and experience with VA’s she draws on. She uses that access to help VA’s understand how to market, sell, and offer top-notch services to coaches, significantly increasing their income in the process.
Her unique position in the coaching community, together with her experience and credentials in business coaching, allow her to work successfully with Virtual Assistants to help them achieve their perfect vision for a thriving and lucrative business.
Angee Robertson
Virtual Assistant and VA Success Coach Consultant
Graduating from Assist U in 2001, Angee’s Virtual Assistant business Freedom2Focus Inc, has been extremely successful. The day she decided to specialize in serving coaches, her business literally doubled within 24 hours! She understands what coaches want and need.
She has worked for some of the most high-profile, top-notch coaches in their field, such as Marcia Wieder, Milana Leshinsky, Karyn Greenstreet, Christine Kloser and C.J. Hayden. The Orange County Chapter of the International Coach Federation has retained her services since 2005, and the popular Coaches Console is also her client.
Angee has always been very active in helping other Virtual Assistants become successful: She was director of the internship program for Assist U when it launched, successfully matching up graduates with Senior VA’s. She also participated in Assist U’s “Buddy” program, providing encouragement and support to new Virtual Assistants.
She helped create and Co-Lead Marketing Coach Milana Leshinsky’s Virtual Assistant Training Program, designed for VA’s who work with Coaches. She was part of the team who created the original “VA Bootcamp” for the Coaches Console.
As part of the VA Success Coach team, Angee wears two hats: In addition to handling the administrative end, she adds yet another valuable perspective for Kellie to draw on when creating success tools and programs for Virtual Assistants.
